Returns

  • Default prices mentioned are in Pakistani Rupee.
  • The prices mentioned are inclusive of 14% General Sales Tax (GST).
  • Payment(s) made in a foreign currency will be valued at net receipts in our Pakistani Rupee Account net of any transfer fees, charges and deductions at the prevalent exchange rates.
  • Any custom duty or other levies of any kind will be customer’s obligation.
  • Prices are exclusive of any additional charges and fund transfer fee.
  • We use our best endeavours to display prices accurately, however in the event of any error, we will seek to correct any orders to reflect the correct price. Any price difference as a result of the error will need to be rectified on either our part where a refund is owed or the customer’s part where there is a shortfall.
  • It is the sole discretion of Kinaraah to modify prices without any prior notice.
  • Every effort is taken to ensure that the product descriptions and photographs provided on this website are accurate and realistic. There may be slight variances in colour or appearance due to factors such as screen resolution or the material of goods
  • Delivery times may change in the event of any unforeseen incidents (e.g. weather related, epidemic, strike, etc.)
  • The address for delivery should be available to accept delivery of the product
  • No claims or refunds will be available if delivery is not possible over two attempts where inaccurate information is provided as to the address for delivery or due to the unavailability of persons at the address to accept delivery.
  • Kinaraah is not liable for any losses whatsoever included but not limited to damage, delay, missed delivery or non-delivery of your orders by a Courier Company.
