    Returns

    All items are carefully inspected prior to dispatch to ensure that your purchase is in perfect order. Except in the case of a manufacturing defect, Kinaraah has a strict no-return policy on all products.

    Exchange

    Kinaraah products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase/delivery with price tag & receipt, subject to the following conditions :

    • The item must be unused and in perfect condition, in its original packing with all tags intact.
    • The original receipt must be provided.
    • In the interests of hygiene and for your protection we do not accept returns of, or refunds on, unsealed cosmetics, pierced earrings or jewellery sets containing earrings unless the items are of unsatisfactory quality or unfit for purpose.
    • No credit note will be issued, nor any amount refunded if exchange is done for an item of lesser value.
    • A purchase may only be exchanged once.
    • The cost of returning items is your responsibility and we recommend that you return items using an insured delivery service to cover the value of the goods.
    • No refund or exchange is given on gift cards.
